Loyalty Program

OVAH Access is our exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our most loyal customers. With OVAH Access, you can earn points with every purchase, unlock exclusive benefits, and receive personalized rewards. The more you shop, the more points you'll accumulate, allowing you to level up and access even greater benefits.

Earned points are all the points you've accumulated over time with your purchases and activities. Available points are those you haven't yet redeemed and can use for rewards. When you redeem points for a reward, that amount is subtracted from your available points, but your earned points don't change as these determine your level in the program.

Joining OVAH Access is completely free and simple. You just need to create an account on our online store or log in if you already have one. Once you've logged in, you'll automatically be enrolled in OVAH Access and can start earning points with your purchases and activities on our platform.

You can earn points in several ways:

• 1 point for every $1 spent on OVAH products
• 100 points for creating an account
• 50 points for following us on social media
• 25 points for leaving a product review
• 75 points for celebrating your birthday with us
• 150 points for referring a friend who makes a purchase

To redeem your points, log into your OVAH account and visit the "OVAH Access" section. There you'll see all available rewards based on your level and point amount. Select the reward you want, make sure you have at least one OVAH product in your cart, and complete checkout. Your reward will be automatically included in your order.

Points are awarded from the date you join the OVAH Access program. We cannot award points retroactively for purchases made before your enrollment. That's why we recommend joining as soon as possible to start accumulating points with all your future purchases.

OVAH Access points are valid for 12 months from the date they were awarded. If you haven't used your points in that period, they will automatically expire. We'll send you email reminders when your points are about to expire so you can use them in time.
