WHAT IS OVAH CREDIT?

OVAH Credit is our way of giving back every time you shop.
Earn 10% back in store credit on eligible purchases and
use your credit toward a future OVAH order.

HOW DO I EARN CREDIT?

Every eligible purchase earns 10% back in OVAH Credit.

For example:

Spend $50 → Earn $5
Spend $100 → Earn $10
Spend $200 → Earn $20

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY CREDIT?

Your OVAH Credit is added to your customer account after
your order has been successfully paid.

HOW DO I USE MY CREDIT?

Sign in to your OVAH customer account using the same email
address used for your order.

Your available OVAH Credit will appear in your account and
can be applied toward an eligible future purchase at checkout.

DO I NEED TO JOIN?

There is no paid membership.

Simply shop using your email address and sign in to your
OVAH customer account to view and use your available credit.

DOES MY OVAH CREDIT EXPIRE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

If an order or item is refunded, OVAH Credit earned from the
refunded amount may be deducted from your available credit.

WHAT COUNTS TOWARD MY 10%?

OVAH Credit is calculated from the merchandise subtotal
after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
