RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: August 30, 2025

At Ovah, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we've made our return process simple and straightforward.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

100-Day Return Window

You have 100 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached
  • In original condition with no signs of wear, use, or alteration
  • Complete with all original packaging and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo quality inspection. Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume/cologne, makeup, deodorant, or other use will be returned to the customer at their expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Swimwear and activewear bottoms
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with promotional discounts over 40%
  • Gift cards and digital products

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: Contact Us First

Required: Email help@ovah.us before sending any returns. Include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable for defects/damage)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Pre-paid return label (when applicable)
  • Return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use the provided return label or ship to our return center
  • Include RMA number on package
  • Keep tracking receipt for your records

Free Return Exceptions: No return shipping fee for orders over $150 or for our error.

REFUND PROCESS

Processing Time

  • Inspection: 1-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 1-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Shop Pay, Klarna, Afterpay: 3-7 business days

Refund Deductions

  • Return shipping fees (when applicable)
  • Original shipping costs (unless our error)
  • Restocking fee for certain returns (see fee schedule below)

EXCHANGES

Size Exchanges: We offer free size exchanges on full-price items within 30 days. Simply note "EXCHANGE" in your return request and specify your preferred size.

Style/Color Exchanges: Subject to $10 processing fee and availability.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Immediate Action Required: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Wrong items

What We Need:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Order number

Our Response: We'll provide immediate replacement or full refund plus prepaid return label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

EU Customers: 14-day cooling-off period applies per EU regulations.

Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customs: We're not responsible for customs fees on returned packages.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before Initiating Chargebacks

We're committed to resolving all issues directly. Please contact help@ovah.us before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.

Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Legal action for recovery of costs and fees
  • Submission of transaction evidence to payment processors

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at 40% discount or greater, clearance items, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless defective.

POLICY VIOLATIONS

Fraudulent Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns or ban customers who abuse our return policy, including but not limited to:

  • Returning worn or damaged items
  • Excessive returns without a valid reason
  • Attempting to return non-returnable items
  • Providing false information
