Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays) or promotional events, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. Customers will be notified of any expected delays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after processing
  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL (carrier selection at our discretion)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order value and destination

Expedited Options

  • Free Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days - $12.97
  • Concierge Priority: Next business day delivery - $20.00
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST)

Free Shipping within the continental United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Available Countries: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Duties:

  • We do offer DDP shipping (Available on certain orders, please refer at checkout)
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery
  • Ovah is not responsible for packages refused due to customs charges
  • Refused packages will be returned to our facility; return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued

SHIPPING PROTECTION & LIABILITY

Package Protection: All shipments are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. However, Ovah is not liable for packages that are:

  • Delivered to the correct address provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier
  • Damaged due to weather conditions or carrier mishandling beyond our control

Insurance: Shipments over $100 are automatically insured. Customers may purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Delivery Confirmation: Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $150 or at high-risk addresses.

ADDRESS & DELIVERY POLICIES

Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order enters processing. Contact us immediately at help@ovah.us if you need to update your address.

Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails, packages will be held at the local facility or returned to sender according to carrier policy.

P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package at: https://www.ovah.us/tools/track-your-order

Delivery Notifications: You'll receive email updates when your package is:

  • Processed and shipped
  • Out for delivery
  • Successfully delivered

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact us within 15 days of the delivery date
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution

Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos for immediate replacement or refund.

Stolen Packages: While we sympathize with package theft, Ovah is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ovah is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather conditions
  • Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Global pandemics or health emergencies
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

MILITARY & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We proudly ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Delivery times may vary from 10-21 business days. Expedited shipping options are not available for military addresses.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • State or local regulations
  • Carrier limitations
  • International customs requirements

Restricted items will be clearly marked on product pages, and customers will be notified if their order contains restricted items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES SHIPPING

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Exchange Shipping: We'll cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error (wrong size sent, defective item, etc.).
