SMS MARKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

STANDALONE SMS CONSENT AGREEMENT - NOT PART OF ANY OTHER TERMS

1. EXPRESS CONSENT TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES

By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly checking the SMS consent checkbox (separate from any other agreements), you expressly consent to receive marketing, promotional, and transactional text messages from Ovah (Silva Company LLC) at the mobile number provided.

IMPORTANT: This consent is completely voluntary and separate from:

  • Making any purchase
  • Creating an account
  • Our Privacy Policy
  • Terms of Service
  • Any other agreements

2. MESSAGE DETAILS & FREQUENCY

  • Message Types: Promotional offers, product updates, order notifications, abandoned cart reminders, customer service communications
  • Frequency: Up to 4 messages per week, may vary based on promotions
  • Timing: Messages sent between 8 AM - 9 PM EST
  • Automated Messages: Some messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system

3. COSTS & CARRIER INFORMATION

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan
  • Carrier Compatibility: Works with major US carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)
  • Delivery: We cannot guarantee message delivery due to carrier limitations

4. OPT-OUT PROCEDURES

You can stop receiving messages at any time using these methods:

  • Text STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
  • Text UNSUBSCRIBE: Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
  • Text QUIT: Reply QUIT to any message
  • Email: Contact help@ovah.us with your phone number
  • Customer Service: Call our customer service line

CONFIRMATION: You will receive a confirmation message when you successfully opt-out.

  • Use our website without SMS consent
  • Access customer service without SMS consent

Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of new terms.
